If this feels familiar, you’re not alone

You’re Doing What You Can—But You’re Still Running on Empty

You may have seen doctors, had lab work come back “normal,” changed your routine, or simply learned to push through. Yet one or more of these concerns may continue to affect your work, relationships, sleep, mood, and daily life.

01

Persistent Tiredness

You may wake up exhausted and stay that way, even after a full night in bed or a quiet weekend.

02

Brain Fog

Focus, memory, and word-finding may take more effort than they should, especially as the day goes on.

03

Unrefreshing Sleep

Falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking rested may feel out of reach despite your best efforts.

05

Low Motivation

Things you once enjoyed may start to feel like one more demand on energy you do not have.

06

Stress and Discouragement

Living with ongoing fatigue can feel isolating, especially when others cannot see what you carry.

Your exhaustion is real, and it may have more than one contributor. Exploring nutrition, sleep, stress, and whole-person factors does not dismiss your experience—it adds another layer of understanding.

Understanding the whole-person picture

Energy, Sleep, Stress, and Daily Life Influence One Another

Ongoing fatigue can disrupt sleep, raise stress, limit activity, and weigh on your mood. In turn, poor sleep, ongoing stress, eating patterns, and blood-sugar swings may influence how much energy you have from day to day.

That is why NuWell takes a connected view of your well-being. An experienced practitioner listens to your full story and considers patterns that may deserve attention, while respecting the role of your physician, specialists, counseling, medication, and other appropriate medical care.

The goal is not to replace medical evaluation or treatment. It is to make sure your full story is considered.

Look beyond a single symptom

Four Foundations Worth Exploring

Chronic fatigue is complex, and no single factor explains every person’s experience. Exploring these four areas may provide useful context for persistent tiredness, brain fog, crashes, and poor sleep.

01 Nutrition & Nutrient Status Select to explore

Eating patterns, nutrient intake, digestion, and blood-sugar balance can influence energy and everyday functioning. A practitioner may review your food patterns, symptoms, health history, and existing care to identify realistic changes worth exploring.

The conversation may include

  • Eating patterns
  • Nutrient status
  • Energy patterns
  • Appropriate testing
02 Gut Health & Digestion Select to explore

Digestion and absorption affect how well your body uses the nourishment you take in. Digestive symptoms, food tolerance, bowel patterns, and stress may be considered as part of your broader story—not as a claim that the gut explains every cause of fatigue.

The conversation may include

  • Digestive symptoms
  • Food tolerance
  • Bowel patterns
  • Stress responses
03 Hormones & Metabolism Select to explore

Thyroid health, blood-sugar patterns, weight changes, and hormonal transitions can overlap with energy, concentration, mood, and sleep. Your practitioner can help identify concerns to discuss with an appropriate medical professional.

The conversation may include

  • Thyroid history
  • Blood-sugar patterns
  • Hormonal transitions
  • Medical coordination
04 Stress, Sleep & Movement Select to explore

Ongoing stress, irregular sleep, overextension, and inactivity can drain energy, while better rest and gentle, well-paced movement may support recovery. Small changes may help support the care you already receive. If you sleep enough but still wake up tired, see why you may feel tired after sleeping enough.

The conversation may include

  • Sleep quality
  • Stress load
  • Paced activity
  • Daily rhythms
Exploration is personalized. Testing and recommendations are considered only when appropriate and are intended to complement—not replace—your physician, specialists, counseling, medication, or other medical care.

Designed to Work Alongside the Care You Already Trust

You do not have to choose between medical treatment and whole-person health support. NuWell adds another perspective while respecting your relationships with physicians, specialists, counselors, and other providers.

01

Continue Your Established Care

Keep working with your primary-care provider, specialists, counselor, or other professionals according to their guidance.

Whole-person informed

Your exhaustion is taken seriously.

Practitioners recognize that chronic fatigue can affect sleep, mood, relationships, work, and hope—and that it is often invisible to others. Your experience is approached with compassion and with respect for the professionals already involved in your care.

  • Your concerns are heard without minimizing your experience.
  • Recommendations are paced to your energy and mobility.
  • Your care stays within each practitioner’s professional role.
02

Faith-informed and inclusive

Your spiritual well-being can be part of the conversation.

If faith, meaning, values, or spiritual concerns are important to you, they may be included according to your needs and comfort level. NuWell respects each person’s beliefs and welcomes everyone seeking thoughtful, whole-person support.

  • You decide whether and how faith is included.
  • No particular belief is required to receive care.
  • Your beliefs, questions, and boundaries are treated respectfully.

You are welcome here.

Frequently asked questions

Questions About Getting Started

It is normal to have questions when adding a new kind of support to your care. Here are answers to several of the most common ones.

Still wondering whether NuWell may be a good fit?

Message our team
Can I work with NuWell if I am already seeing a doctor or taking medication?

Yes. NuWell is designed to complement the care you receive from your physician, specialists, counselor, and other providers. Continue following their guidance, and do not stop or change any medication without talking with your prescriber.

Does NuWell replace a medical evaluation of my fatigue?

No. If your fatigue is new, severe, worsening, or has not been evaluated, please see a physician first. NuWell practitioners work within their professional roles to explore nutrition, lifestyle, and whole-person factors that may support the care you already receive.

Will I need laboratory or functional testing?

Not necessarily. Testing may be discussed when it is appropriate to your history, symptoms, goals, practitioner, and scope of care. Your practitioner will explain why a test may be useful, what it can and cannot show, and any related cost before you decide.

What does faith-informed care mean at NuWell?

Faith, meaning, values, or spiritual concerns may be included when you want them to be. You decide whether and how prominently faith is part of the conversation. No particular belief is required, and everyone seeking respectful whole-person care is welcome.

Are appointments available virtually nationwide?

Yes, NuWell offers virtual appointments nationwide. The services available to you depend on practitioner availability, professional scope, and your individual needs. The discovery call can help determine the most appropriate next step.
