A personal approach to whole-person health
Hello, I’m Dr. Jennifer.
I am a naturopathic doctor on a mission to help people pursue healing, one person and one health story at a time.
My own pursuit of wholeness—together with years of studying nature, science, tradition, and faith—shapes the way I listen, ask questions, and help people understand what may be connected beneath the surface.
After studying biochemistry at Messiah University, I earned my Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree at the National University of Natural Medicine. My education has taken me from laboratory science and medical texts to supervised clinical care and the enduring wisdom found in the natural world.
I returned to Pennsylvania to expand access to naturopathic care and developed a particular interest in the ways the gut, brain, hormones, immune system, emotional health, and spiritual well-being influence one another. No person—and no health story—fits neatly into one category.
I am also a wife and mother of two young boys. Family life continually reminds me that health is not about perfect routines. It is about learning, adapting, and making sustainable choices within a real life.

Personalized naturopathic strategies
Natural tools, shaped around your real life.
There is no universal protocol for a complex health story. Dr. Jennifer draws from an expansive naturopathic toolbox and considers your symptoms, history, preferences, goals, existing care, and capacity for change.
Customized Nutrition
Practical guidance on what and how to eat based on your needs, patterns, and daily life.
Targeted Supplements
Individualized consideration of quality nutrients, herbs, flower essences, and homeopathic preparations.
Lifestyle Coaching
Support translating health knowledge into manageable choices involving sleep, stress, movement, and routines.
Naturopathic Foundations
Personalized applications of traditional approaches such as hydrotherapy, grounding, sauna, and detoxification support.
Recommendations are educational and individualized. They are designed to complement—not replace—appropriate medical, mental-health, urgent, or emergency care.
Areas of focus
Complex health stories deserve a connected view.
Dr. Jennifer works with people whose concerns may span several systems, life stages, or diagnoses. Rather than forcing your experience into one category, she helps you explore how the pieces may relate.
Digestive Health
Gut function, digestion, food responses, and the relationship between gastrointestinal and whole-person well-being.
Metabolic Health
Weight, blood-sugar concerns, energy patterns, and the foundations that influence healthy metabolism.
Mental Well-Being
Natural-health factors that may influence stress, mood, clarity, sleep, resilience, and the work you are doing in counseling.
Women’s Health
Menstrual-cycle concerns, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum health, perimenopause, and changing needs across life stages.
Hormone Support
Natural support related to thyroid, cortisol, estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and their wider connections.
Immune Health
Autoimmune concerns, frequent illness, allergies, sensitivities, chronic infections, and immune resilience.
Preventive Health
Personalized guidance for people who feel well and want to protect their health or reduce future complications.
Complex Health Histories
A fresh perspective when you have seen multiple specialists, received several diagnoses, or still feel unwell despite extensive care.
Not sure where your concerns fit? You do not need to choose the perfect category. Begin with the part of your story affecting your life most.
What you can expect
Clarity before conclusions.
The goal is not simply to give you another list of things to try. It is to help you understand your story, evaluate possible connections, and make more informed decisions alongside the professionals already supporting you.
A Fresh View of the Big Picture
Bring your symptoms, medical workup, goals, and lived experience into one connected conversation.
Learn How Your Body Works
Explore physical processes that may influence your concerns and discuss existing or additional laboratory information in context.
Evidence for Your Questions
Receive a balanced review of relevant scientific and clinical evidence instead of relying only on internet searches, social media, or AI.
Support for Medical Conversations
Process new information, plan questions for medical providers, and understand how natural strategies may fit with existing care.
You remain the expert on your life. Dr. Jennifer brings expertise in the process of exploring your health story.
Faith-informed and inclusive
Your spiritual well-being can be part of the conversation.
Dr. Jennifer believes that physical, mental, and spiritual well-being can influence one another—and that a complete health story makes room for the dimensions that matter to you.
Faith, meaning, values, and spiritual concerns may be included according to your needs and comfort level. This is an invitation, never a requirement.

Important scope-of-practice and medical-care information
Licensing and scope for naturopathic medicine vary by state. Pennsylvania’s current laws do not grant registered naturopathic doctors a medical scope of practice. In Pennsylvania, Dr. Jennifer provides naturopathic consulting, education, and natural-health guidance rather than medical diagnosis, treatment, primary care, urgent care, or emergency care. Consultations are separate from conventional medical care. Please contact an appropriate licensed medical professional for undiagnosed concerns and seek urgent or emergency services whenever immediate medical attention may be needed.
