A personal understanding of complex health

Hello, I’m Tracy.

I know what it is like when symptoms pile on, the body stops making sense, and each answer seems to address only one small piece.

My search began as a young father, feeling helpless while my son moved from appointment to appointment after an autoimmune diagnosis changed our lives. Years later, I walked a similar road through autoimmune illness, chronic fatigue, neuroinflammation, and increasing anxiety.

Those experiences drew me toward a connected view of health. I began studying how digestion, nutrients, toxins, immune function, stress physiology, hormones, mood, and daily life may influence one another.

Today, I help people understand the patterns within their health story and turn that understanding into a clear, individualized plan they can realistically follow.

Could this approach fit your story?

When Symptoms Feel Unrelated, Look for the Pattern

Integrative health consulting may be useful when your concerns cross several categories or you are ready to use testing and careful history-taking to reduce guesswork.

Fatigue, brain fog, poor recovery, or not feeling like yourself
Digestive concerns that have lasted longer than expected
Stress, anxiety, mood changes, sleep disruption, or depletion
Autoimmune patterns, inflammation, or recurring flares
Food or chemical sensitivities, toxin burden, or sluggish recovery
Hormone patterns connected with energy, sleep, or mood
A long list of symptoms that has never been considered together
A desire to use functional findings instead of guessing what to try next

You do not need to arrive with the right starting point. The discovery call helps determine whether Tracy’s approach fits your needs and the season you are in.

More than another protocol

What Working This Way Actually Means

The process starts with your history and the information your body can provide. Existing blood work, functional lab testing when appropriate, and a careful intake can help identify patterns among digestion, nutrient status, environmental burden, stress physiology, immune function, and hormones.

From there, Tracy helps you build a plan in manageable layers. The goal is not to change everything at once, but to prioritize what appears most useful and adjust the approach as your body responds.

Functional findings used to reduce guesswork
Nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement education shaped around your needs
Stress, mood, meaning, and capacity considered alongside physical health

A supporting window

Optional and noninvasive

Your Voice Can Add Information Labs Do Not Capture Alone

Tracy holds advanced training in bio-acoustic analysis and therapeutic application. A short recording of your speaking voice can be reviewed for frequency patterns that may offer another perspective on stress load and function.

For some clients, that additional window can be useful when energy, stress, and physical concerns keep appearing together—or when a gentler layer of support is preferred. When appropriate, specific sound frequencies may be used as part of the wellness process.

Bio-acoustic assessment is never required to begin. It is considered alongside your history and other appropriate information, not used in place of functional testing, medical care, or mental-health care.

What Working With Tracy Looks Like

The process begins by understanding where you are now, what you have already tried, and which changes could make the greatest difference in daily life.

01

Health-History Intake

You complete a detailed intake before a 60- to 90-minute first session. Tracy listens for the timeline, patterns, and pieces that may not have been considered together.

02

Testing and Pattern Review

When useful, existing blood work and functional labs help explore gut function, nutrients, detox pathways, environmental signals, minerals, and stress chemistry.

03

Your Personalized Protocol

You begin with a manageable layer of food, lifestyle, and targeted support. The plan can adjust as you learn and as your body responds.

Follow-up may continue through structured packages or individual check-ins. Bio-acoustic assessment can be added when it would contribute a useful additional perspective.

Areas of focus

Complex Health Stories Require a Connected View

Tracy works with concerns that rarely stay in one category, exploring how the pieces may influence one another.

Functional Testing

Findings used to explore deficiencies, environmental burden, and metabolic patterns before shaping support.

Gut Health

Digestion, microbial patterns, barrier function, and their possible relationships with energy, mood, and immune health.

Detoxification

Educational support around environmental burden, drainage, and recovery when the body may be carrying too much.

Autoimmune Patterns

A whole-person look at immune reactivity, inflammation, recurring flares, and relevant lifestyle factors.

Stress and Mood

Anxiety, depletion, sleep disruption, and the physiology of a nervous system that remains on high alert.

Hormone Regulation

Thyroid, cortisol, and related patterns as they may connect with energy, mood, sleep, and recovery.

Complex Histories

A fresh, organized view when you have seen several providers but still do not have a coherent plan.

Faith-Informed Support

Optional pastoral and lifestyle support when faith, meaning, or unresolved stress is part of your health story.

Bio-Acoustics

An optional voice-assessment and sound-therapy layer when another perspective on stress and function may be useful.

Not sure where your concerns fit? Begin with the part of the story affecting your life most. You do not need to choose the perfect category.

Questions are welcome

Frequently Asked Questions

Understand Tracy’s approach before deciding whether integrative health consulting feels right for you.

What is integrative health consulting with Tracy?

It is educational, whole-person wellness support exploring how digestion, nutrients, environmental burden, immune function, stress, mood, and hormones may be connected with your concerns. A detailed history and functional labs when useful help shape nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement education.

Who may benefit from working with Tracy?

This approach may fit people with long-standing or layered concerns who want a more connected picture and are open to testing when it may reduce guesswork. Common areas include gut health, fatigue, autoimmune patterns, environmental burden, stress, anxiety, and hormone-related energy or mood changes.

What happens during the first sessions?

Onboarding includes a detailed health-history intake and a 60- to 90-minute first conversation. You and Tracy then consider whether any labs could clarify the picture and shape a manageable first layer of support.

What is bio-acoustics, and do I have to use it?

A short recording of your speaking voice is reviewed for frequency patterns that may add another perspective on stress load and function. When useful, specific sound frequencies may be used as part of wellness support. Bio-acoustics is optional, never required, and is not a substitute for medical care or functional testing.

Does this replace medical care or counseling?

No. Integrative health consulting is educational wellness support that may complement appropriate medical and mental-health care. It does not diagnose or treat disease and is not emergency care.

How does faith fit, and do I need to share Tracy’s beliefs?

No particular belief is required. Faith shapes Tracy’s understanding of hope, healing, suffering, and recovery. If faith matters to you, there is room to include it. If it does not, you receive the same dedicated and personalized integrative health support.
